The service prices shown on this site are starting points for qualification. Sending an enquiry is not a purchase or a booking and does not oblige either side to proceed.

Work starts with written scope

Any paid work is governed by the scope, price, payment schedule, support boundary, third-party costs, ownership and acceptance terms agreed in writing for that engagement.

If requested work changes materially after agreement, the effect on scope, price or timing is agreed before the additional work starts.

Evidence, not guaranteed outcomes

Bob Swan can agree and verify delivery of defined technical work. Unless a client-specific agreement expressly says otherwise, the site does not promise a particular revenue, traffic, ranking or other business outcome.

Third-party services

Some work may depend on third-party hosting, payment, email, domain or other providers. Their charges and service terms are separate unless the written project scope explicitly includes them.
