Websites and systems that make businesses easier to run.

I design and build websites, booking systems, internal tools and integrations for service businesses that have outgrown workarounds.

Inside a real build

One request.
A system behind it.

Check treatments

Treatment choices determine the duration and compatible combinations before a time is offered.

Check the diary

Availability rules and existing appointments determine whether the requested slot can be used.

Manual review or live booking

A treatment that needs discussion goes to manual review. Eligible bookings can follow the live route only when it is enabled. Card storage is optional for eligible bookings.

Save before confirming

A live appointment must be saved before it is described as confirmed. A request awaiting review stays a request.

Notify both sides

Customer and salon messages follow the saved booking state. A delivery failure must not silently create another appointment.

No live activity or customer data. Customer self-booking is not open yet.

The work

You probably don’t need more software.

You need the things you already use to stop getting in the way.

  • Bookings that create admin.
  • A website nobody acts on.
  • Manual work that should happen automatically.
  • Systems that don’t talk to each other.

That’s the work.

Why it works

You deal directly with the person designing and building the work.

No account managers. No handoff chain. One person, from the first conversation to the handover.

  1. 01Bounded scope
  2. 02Tests before claims
  3. 03Clear ownership
  4. 04Evidence at handoff
