About
One person.
All the way through.
Iām Chris, the person behind Bob Swan. You deal directly with me from the first conversation to the handover.
Why that matters
Decisions stay close to the work.
No account-manager relay. The person understanding the problem is also designing, building and checking the result.
We agree what the work covers, what it costs and who owns it. If a decision changes the scope, we talk about it before it becomes more work.
The work I take on
Practical systems.
Useful changes.
I work on websites, applications and the connections between them, with a focus on appointment-led and service businesses in Belfast and Northern Ireland.
That can mean a clearer enquiry journey, a booking flow that respects the working day, or less manual effort between the tools you already use.
I work through the architecture and the implementation, with tests and a clear handover as part of the delivery.
See the workWorking principles
Clear from the start.
Useful at the end.
- Understand the real problem
Start with the thing that is awkward, slow or getting missed.
- Keep the scope bounded
Agree one useful outcome, its cost and its limits.
- Build the useful thing
Choose the technology around the job it needs to do.
- Prove what changed
Check the agreed behaviour and be clear about any remaining limits.
- Leave ownership clear
Agree the handover and any ongoing care separately.
